Each service week features a shared menu made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients—cooked right in your kitchen. It’s home-cookin’ without the hustle, helping you get your evenings back.

How The Table Partner Service Works

    Begin by completing the Table Partner Intake Form. This helps Chef Carl understand your household, preferences, and kitchen setup—and ensures the service is the right fit before scheduling.

    Each week, Chef creates a shared, Carolina-inspired menu built around what’s in season and available from local growers. If you’re planning a cook week, you’ll receive a preview before confirming your date.

    Cook days are confirmed one week in advance based on availability. Once confirmed, Chef shops, cooks fresh in your kitchen, and handles cleanup—so you don’t have to.

3-Meal Plan

Starting at $225 per week + ingredients*
Three homemade dinners, one easy week. Perfect for smaller households, couples, or anyone who just wants a few nights off from cooking. Each meal includes one entrée and one to two sides, all inspired by Carolina heritage recipes and made with ingredients sourced from North Carolina farms and makers.
Why it’s special: It’s Chef’s take on Southern flavor ~ locally-sourced, cooked and packaged in your kitchen. It’s just good home-cookin’ with a healthier approach.

5-Meal Plan

Starting at $325 per week + ingredients*
Your weeknights, fully covered. Chef prepares five dinners built around seasonal vegetables, coastal seafood, pasture-raised meats, and the flavors that make North Carolina cooking what it is.
Why it’s special: It’s the farm-to-table experience that turns your weeknights into time well spent, not time lost to takeout lines. Got leftovers? Pack it up for lunch the next day.

What To Expect

  • No. The Table Partner Service is flexible by design. Some households cook every week, others only when they need support. You’ll secure a cook day in advance for the weeks you want service, rather than being locked into a standing obligation—unless you choose the monthly pre-paid option. The monthly option is ideal for households who want a consistent cook day and a more predictable rhythm month to month.

  • Each week’s menu is chef-led and built around what’s in season from North Carolina growers and producers. During menu previews, Chef Carl typically offers one or two alternative options to accommodate preferences while keeping the menu cohesive and seasonal.

  • That’s completely fine. Seasonal eating doesn’t mean unfamiliar food—it means ingredients at their best. Chef Carl keeps flavors grounded and comforting, while occasionally introducing something new in an approachable way.

  • No. Chef arrives with what he needs, cooks in your kitchen, and handles cleanup. Beyond basic kitchen access, there’s very little for you to manage. Most clients go about their day while the cooking happens.

  • Taste is personal. Menu previews allow you to select from the main offering or one of the alternatives when available. If something still doesn’t quite land, the best approach is to share that feedback so it can be taken into account for future menus. Over time, this helps the service naturally dial in to your household’s preferences without turning each week into a re-selection process.
